Viewing and applying for a property

Our aim is to ensure that your tenancy is enjoyable. We offer a straightforward service, with no hidden fees or charges.

Our properties are all of a high standard and we will do everything possible to ensure your needs are met.

Our viewing times are flexible and can be arranged to suit you.

APPLYING

Once you have found a property you would like to apply for, we then email you with an application form: it is a simple process-applications forms can be filled in 24/7. Credit scores and employers’ references are then taken. You will also need to supply a recent utility bill in your name with your current address, a copy of your passport or photo driving licence and 3 months bank statements.

Application fees are not refunded in the event you change your mind about taking the property and/or you credit rating does not meet the criteria required. We are happy to discuss the criteria if you are unsure whether you’re application is likely to succeed . It normally takes 3-5 working days for applications to be processed (it is often dependent on how quickly employers’ references are returned).

Once we have informed you that your application has been successful:

You will need to pay a holding deposit of £200 which is deducted from your first month’s rent.

The balance of your first month’s rent and a damage deposit equivalent to one month’s rent one week before you move in.

We will then arrange to meet you at the property and handover keys, take meter readings and provide you with a copy of the inventory and other  relevant paperwork.
